Work life balance is important at ICON. My husband and I love to travel and I really appreciated that we start off the year with a generous paid time off which we are encouraged to use. instead of worrying about how long it would take to build up enough time for a vacation, I have the flexibility to both plan ahead and consider that impromptu getaway. Our most recent destination was Las Vegas in July (hot but fun!) and we are busy planning out next adventure abroad.
