After graduating from Susquehanna University with a B.S. in Business Administration, I quickly developed a passion for Human Resources, which only grew stronger as I transitioned into clinical research staffing. Four years later, I joined ICON’s recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Since 2021, I have supported hiring in multiple Full-Service lines, with a primary focus in ICON Operational Delivery (IOD).

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, I lead recruitment for IOD Biometrics in North and Latin America to include Clinical Data Science, Statistical Programming, and Biostatistics. I also oversee Global hiring in Accellacare and Patient Recruitment & Retention, focusing on hiring Clinical Research Coordinator and Nurse talent in our US-based sites.

What I love most about working in recruitment is hearing the excitement in a candidate’s voice when I extend a job offer. Knowing that I can play a part in changing someone’s life is incredibly rewarding, and I’m committed to making every step of the hiring journey as smooth and positive as possible.
