Bio
After graduating from Susquehanna University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, I stumbled into the world of staffing where I worked for an agency in both full-cycle recruitment and business development. I quickly developed a passion for Human Resources, which only grew stronger as I transitioned into the clinical research division and learned more about this incredible industry. Nearly 4 years later, I joined ICON as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Biometrics segment. I now support hiring with our Global Large Pharma and Global Specialty Solutions service lines within the Data Management and Statistical Programming departments.
My favorite thing about working in recruitment is hearing a candidate’s excitement when extending a job offer. My job can change a person’s life and my goal is to make their hiring process a smooth transition. ICON took my career to the next level, and you could be next. The question is, are you ready?
