After graduating from Susquehanna University with a B.S. in Business Administration, I stumbled into the world of staffing working for an agency in full-cycle recruitment and business development. I quickly developed a passion for Human Resources, which only grew stronger as I transitioned into clinical research staffing and learned more about this incredible industry. Four years later, I joined ICON’s Full-Service recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Since 2021, I have supported hiring in multiple service lines, including ICON Operational Delivery (IOD). I have a specific focus on Biometrics recruitment in North and Latin America to include Clinical Data Science, Statistical Programming, and Biostatistics.

My favorite thing about working in recruitment is hearing a candidate’s excitement when extending a job offer.
