NOW is the Networking Organisation for Women, a community group that supports women across ICON in their careers. NOW @ ICON is committed to inspiring and connecting current and potential leaders through an inclusive environment of targeted initiatives and supportive mentorship.
We will achieve this by using our network to mentor, connect, educate, and raise awareness amongst our community members and our allies and supporters across ICON.
