Being a part of the Account Development team within the Business Development group is amazing. Although we are territory based and do not directly cross paths with each other, the entire team is fantastic at their jobs & extremely helpful, no matter the subject. I am constantly connecting with my fellow teammates, sharing things that worked for myself and asking insight from others. It’s a very collaborative environment. Our Global Director, plays a huge part in our team dynamic as well. I feel as if my ideas and opinions are heard and addressed, not at all overlooked, so we absolutely have our Director to thank for building such a supportive and healthy work environment.

What I enjoy most about my role as a Bridge CRA and an ICON employee is that I feel like my growth matters, and I genuinely feel supported by everyone I have encountered, including my Functional Manager.
