Being a part of the Account Development team within the Business Development group is amazing. Although we are territory based and do not directly cross paths with each other, the entire team is fantastic at their jobs & extremely helpful, no matter the subject. I am constantly connecting with my fellow teammates, sharing things that worked for myself and asking insight from others. It’s a very collaborative environment. Our Global Director, plays a huge part in our team dynamic as well. I feel as if my ideas and opinions are heard and addressed, not at all overlooked, so we absolutely have our Director to thank for building such a supportive and healthy work environment.

I thoroughly enjoy not only the team that I work alongside but the individuals I meet on a daily basis throughout the organization. Every person I’ve come across is always willing to help and not only are these individuals experts in their field(literally the smartest people you’ve probably ever met ) they never make you feel like you are beneath them or not on their level! I also enjoy learning from our clients, every call I take is different and I am always learning something new!
