Our Australian operation is based out of Sydney where the majority of our team are located, but we have a number of home-based team members working from Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth. Our clinical trials take place all over the country and we regularly recruit for Clinical Research Associate positions.

Sam's Career Journey from trainee CRA
Sam joined ICON in 2017 as a Trainee CRA, as a part of our CRA academy, and has since worked up to a Clinical Trial Manager role. So what has kept him at ICON all these years? It's simple - the people.
We're proud of the culture we've built, whether that's in Sam's team in Melbourne, our IT team in India or our Project Managers over in the US.
