I joined ICON 9 years ago. During these years I have found that it is an encouraging and supportive company. As part of the Clinical Quality Compliance team, we have the opportunity to collaborate with difference teams in the Clinical Trial process. We provide support in managing quality issues as well as in developing and implementing CAPA plans. These interactions have allowed me to gain experience in this area. The Clinical Quality Compliance team is amazing, they are always willing to help.
