Ireland is the base of ICON’s Corporate Headquarters and is at the heart of our business. It is where the company was founded in 1990 and from there it has grown into one of the most respected international CROs in the world, employing over 10,000 people in 37 different countries. 

The company was built upon the principle of helping customers develop drugs to improve and save lives and this continues to be our mission.

There are a number of positions available in Ireland, some involving lots of travel, such as a CRA, and others based in the Dublin HQ, working in HR, Finance or the laboratory. The Dublin HQ holds one of our state of the art laboratories and provides a fascinating place to work for those looking to move into the industry, or for those who want to build on their existing experience. As a business we take great pride in the development and growth of each team member and there are opportunities for progression within all roles. We also have roles available across the country in Limerick in our Firecrest branch, where we create the ultimate investigator training and support systems for our clients.
