Werken als Laborant in Groningen
Op de afdeling SPL (Sample Processing Lab) worden samples (o.a. bloed, urine etc.) volgens specifieke procedures verwerkt en opgeslagen nadat ze zijn afgenomen tijdens klinische onderzoeken in onze kliniek in Groningen. Daarnaast worden er op de afdeling PBMC's geisoleerd en Ex Vivo challenges uitgevoerd. We voeren per jaar zo’n 60 verschillende klinische studies uit. De afgenomen samples worden vervolgens verzonden naar ons laboratorium in Assen, maar ook naar laboratoria elders ter wereld.

Wat ga je doen als Laborant?
Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat de samples kwalitatief goed verwerkt worden zodat ze verzonden kunnen worden naar bio-analytische laboratoria over de hele wereld. Dit gebeurt volgens internationale richtlijnen (IATA) zodat daar verdere analyse gedaan kan worden. Hier komt van alles bij kijken zoals de administratie en voer je verschillende controles uit, zodat het proces soepel en foutloos verloopt.
