Tell us about your current role and what you do at ICON

As a Senior Clinical Research Associate in a sponsor dedicated (FSP) role, I oversee the operational delivery of clinical trials at the site level, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and patient safety remain at the forefront. My typical week includes site monitoring, cross functional collaboration with study teams, risk mitigation planning, and supporting sites to maintain strong protocol compliance. 

What I enjoy most is being directly connected to patients’ journeys. Every step we take helps bring potential new treatments closer to those who need them.

What is it like working in a sponsor dedicated (FSP) role at ICON?

Working in an FSP role offers the best of both worlds: the stability and development culture of ICON combined with the close collaboration and scientific focus of the sponsor.
