Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) are fundamental to our culture and values at ICON.

We consider our people to be our greatest assets. Likewise, our inclusivity initiatives are essential for our people’s success, creating an environment where voices are heard and valued. ICON’s community groups are another way in which we promote inclusion and belonging by bringing together employees with common identities and interests.

SPACE – Supporting Parents & Carers Everywhere

 Supporting Parents & Carers Everywhere promotes a workplace where stepping out of careers due to personal commitments for a period is wholly accepte3d and not career-limiting, and where stepping back into careers is an organic and positive process.

NOW – Networking Organisation for Women

The Networking Organisation for Women at ICON welcomes all employees from all genders at all career levels, to inspire and connect, providing an inclusive environment and supportive mentorship.

EmbRACE – Ethnicity & Race

EmbRACE supports all races and ethnic backgrounds by celebrating cultures, backgrounds and experiences of our employees across the world, creating a workplace where all employees feel welcomed and celebrated. 

DAWN – Disability Awareness Network

The Disability Awareness Network (DAWN) is a community focused on developing and fostering a mindset towards creating an inclusive workplace where everyone is treated equally with respect and dignity, irrespective or any visible of hidden disabilities. 

PRIDE – Supporting the LGBTQ+ Community

PRIDE - supporting LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies, ensuring that no matter where our employees are in the world, our offices are a safe space where they are welcomed, respected, and valued.
