We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Supply Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Clinical Supply Specialist at ICON, you will play a key role in overseeing the management and distribution of clinical trial supplies, ensuring that all materials are delivered efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of the supply chain and supporting the successful execution of our clinical studies.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trial materials, including planning, procurement, and distribution to ensure timely availability.

• Collaborating with clinical teams to assess supply needs, resolve any issues, and optimize inventory management.

• Monitoring and overseeing the logistics of clinical supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

• Providing strategic input on supply chain improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable supply chain operations and address any challenges that arise.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, supply chain management, or logistics.

• Significant experience in managing clinical supply chains, with a strong understanding of clinical trial requirements and regulatory standards.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex supply chain logistics and coordinate across teams.

• Proficiency in supply chain management tools and data analysis, with experience in using software for tracking and reporting.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
