Associate Project Manager - IRT

The Role
As a member of the IRT team, the Associate Project Manager is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvements with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
Post Covid - Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international.
- With support, manages IRT projects.
- Act as the key client contact for designated projects and develop successful working relationships with others.
- With support, leads the development and maintenance of IRT project management documents, project timelines, project communication plans and risk analysis plans, and progression of SDLC documentation.
- With support, leads the review/approval of project related materials, IRT User Requirements, Go Live Checklist activities, Study-Specific Procedures, etc.
With support, monitors the quality of the IRT the project through risk management and quality management reviews. - With support, leads the assessment of project specific site training and site management with thorough review of IRT site and user manuals and study-specific guidelines (SSG).
Supports the management of project financials through change control processes. Collaborate with IRT Project Managers to ensure appropriate revenue recognition.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in science, business, medicine or equivalent degree
- Project Management or equivalent (PMI certification) is desirable
- Strength in communication, planning, decision-making, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed (post Covid)
