弊社のFSP部門（Functional Service Provider）における外部就労案件にてBusiness Operations Manager – Site Contracting（弊社タイトルManager, Contracts想定）として下記ご担当いただきます。

※ご経験によっては、Business Operations Associate - Site Contracting(

弊社タイトルSenior Contract Analyst想定）となります。

■ 主な業務内容

初回契約～治験終了まで（変更契約も含む）の一覧において費用・契約書周り業務を担当いただきます。

・臨床試験に関する契約書（治験契約、修正契約、付随契約など）の作成、レビュー、交渉、締結業務

・社内外ステークホルダー（試験実施施設、社内の関連部署*法務部など含むとの円滑なコミュニケーションおよび進捗管理

・システムでの契約関連文書の進捗追跡およびファイリング

・試験マイルストンや契約締結スケジュールに関連するリスクの特定と対応策の提案

・試験チームとの連携による契約締結スケジュールの予測と調整

・契約書の整合性

・正確性の確認および必要に応じた修正 ・費用関連（費用管理の文書作成、費用交渉）

・各種トレーニングの受講と、SOPや業務プロセスの遵守など

■外部就労先でのレポートライン：USの担当者

チーム会議、USのbudget memberへのエスカレーション時、USのラインマネージャーとの会話で英語を使用します。

We are currently seeking a Manager, Contracts to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Contracts at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the contracts management process, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in support of our clinical trial operations.

What you will be doing

• Managing the end-to-end contracts process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Collaborating closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions.

• Providing guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters, including interpretation of contract terms and resolution of disputes.

• Monitoring contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of contract activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field; advanced degree or legal qualification preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechNlogy, or clinical research industry.

• Strong kNwledge of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory requirements relevant to clinical trials.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
