We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical System Designer to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Clinical System Designer at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced clinical systems that enhance trial design and execution. Your expertise will be essential in driving innovation and ensuring that our clinical systems meet regulatory requirements and support operational efficiency.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Leading the design and development of clinical systems, ensuring alignment with study protocols and operational needs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and innovations in clinical trial processes.
• Overseeing system configuration, integration, and testing to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Providing strategic guidance on the implementation of new technologies and best practices in clinical system design.
• Staying current with industry trends and advancements in clinical technology to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as computer science, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in the design and implementation of clinical systems within the clinical research industry.
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively in a matrix environment.
• Expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in clinical data management systems and software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all system-related activities.

• Diriger la conception et le développement de systèmes cliniques, en veillant à leur alignement avec les protocoles d’étude et les besoins opérationnels.
• Collaborer avec des équipes transverses afin d’identifier des opportunités d’amélioration des systèmes et d’innovation dans les processus d’essais cliniques.
• Superviser la configuration, l’intégration et les tests des systèmes afin d’assurer une fonctionnalité optimale et une expérience utilisateur de qualité.
• Fournir des orientations stratégiques concernant la mise en œuvre de nouvelles technologies et des meilleures pratiques en conception de systèmes cliniques.
• Se tenir informé(e) des tendances du secteur et des avancées en technologies cliniques afin de promouvoir des initiatives d’amélioration continue.
Votre profil :
• Diplôme supérieur dans un domaine pertinent tel que l’informatique, le génie biomédical ou une discipline connexe.
• Expérience significative dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de systèmes cliniques au sein de l’industrie de la recherche clinique.
• Excellentes compétences en leadership et capacité avérée à gérer efficacement des équipes transverses dans un environnement matriciel.
• Expertise en analyse et interprétation des données, avec une maîtrise des systèmes et logiciels de gestion des données cliniques.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en gestion des parties prenantes, avec la capacité d’influencer et de conduire le changement au sein d’une organisation complexe.
• Engagement à maintenir des standards élevés de qualité et de conformité dans toutes les activités liées aux systèmes.
