Clinical Quality Compliance Lead

As a Lead, Quality Compliance at ICON, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations and projects meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.

What You Will Do:

Your focus will be on coordinating quality assurance and compliance delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining the quality compliance program to ensure alignment with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Overseeing internal and external audits, including planning, execution, and follow-up on corrective actions to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality and compliance requirements into daily operations and project workflows.
  • Developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) and ensuring continuous improvement of compliance processes.
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance performance, including risk management and the identification of potential areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring that all staff are trained and aware of compliance requirements, regulations, and best practices through regular training sessions and updates.

Your Profile:

You will have solid quality assurance and compliance experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, regulatory affairs, or a related field is preferred, with extensive experience in quality compliance or quality assurance.
  • Proven experience in managing compliance programs, quality management systems, and audit processes within a regulated environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and maintain high standards of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external regulatory bodies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in identifying compliance risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance.
