We are currently seeking a Clinical Scientist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Scientist at ICON, you will play a critical role in designing and conducting clinical studies that advance our understanding of new therapies. You will contribute to the development of innovative treatments by applying scientific expertise and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the research process.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Designing and implementing clinical trial protocols, ensuring adherence to scientific and regulatory standards.
• Conducting data analysis and interpretation to derive insights that support study objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective study execution and data quality.
• Engaging with stakeholders to communicate findings and contribute to scientific discussions.
• Assisting in the preparation of regulatory submissions, study reports, and scientific publications.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical research or a related scientific role, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and statistical analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of data integrity and quality.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Clinical Scientist pour rejoindre notre équipe diversifiée et dynamique. En tant que Clinical Scientist chez ICON, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception et la conduite d’études cliniques visant à approfondir la compréhension de nouvelles thérapies. Vous contribuerez au développement de traitements innovants en mettant à profit votre expertise scientifique et en collaborant avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires tout au long du processus de recherche.

Vos missions :

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des protocoles d’essais cliniques, en veillant au respect des normes scientifiques et réglementaires.

• Réaliser l’analyse et l’interprétation des données afin de générer des informations pertinentes soutenant les objectifs des études.

• Collaborer avec des équipes transverses pour assurer une exécution efficace des études et garantir la qualité des données.

• Interagir avec les parties prenantes pour communiquer les résultats et contribuer aux discussions scientifiques.

• Participer à la préparation des soumissions réglementaires, des rapports d’études et des publications scientifiques.

Votre profil :

• Diplôme de niveau supérieur en sciences de la vie, en médecine ou dans un domaine connexe.

• Expérience en recherche clinique ou dans un poste scientifique similaire, avec une solide compréhension des processus d’essais cliniques.

• Excellentes capacités d’analyse et maîtrise de l’interprétation des données et des analyses statistiques.

• Très bonnes compétences en communication et en collaboration, avec une capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d’équipes interdisciplinaires.

• Sens du détail et engagement à maintenir des normes élevées en matière d’intégrité et de qualité des données.
