We are currently seeking a Clinical Services Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Services Associate at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

• Supervising and managing a team of Medical Research Associates, ensuring the development and execution of effective processes and strategies tailored to each study's needs.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trial protocols.
• Analyzing and interpreting clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Managing and coordinating study activities, including site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with investigative sites, sponsors, and vendors.
• Contributing to the development of clinical trial documents, including protocols, case report forms, and study reports.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical research or related healthcare field.

• Good grasp of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
