We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Services Associate to oversee the daily activities and schedules of laboratory assistants within our PK Processing Laboratory . This role is critical to ensuring smooth processing laboratory operations, including supervising staff, supporting ongoing research studies, and maintaining the necessary inventory and supplies.

What you will be doing:
- Supervision & Scheduling
- Oversee day-to-day activities of laboratory assistants to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
- Create and manage work schedules, assignments, and task prioritization.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and laboratory protocols.
- Training & Development
- Train and mentor new laboratory assistants on lab procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
- Provide ongoing support and development opportunities to laboratory staff.
- Laboratory Operations
- Coordinate and support all aspects of laboratory processing activities related to ongoing studies.
- Ensure timely and accurate sample processing, documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor lab cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and readiness for audits or inspections.
- Inventory & Supply Management
- Track and maintain laboratory inventory, including reagents, equipment, and consumables.
- Order and restock laboratory supplies in a timely manner to support uninterrupted study operations.
- Liaise with vendors and procurement departments as needed.
Your Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Associate degree or Bachelors Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Good grasp of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bring people leadership, efficiency, and a strong ability to train the team in processes.
