We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective recruitment strategies for clinical trials.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential study participants, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
Implementing outreach programs to enhance participant engagement and ensure diverse trial enrollment.
Utilizing data analytics to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Contributing to the overall success of clinical trials by meeting recruitment targets and timelines.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or healthcare.
Proven experience in clinical trial recruitment or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
