Collections Specialist

Job Title: Collections Specialist - Contract until 31st December

Location: Leopardstown, Dubbin 18

At ICON, we have an incredible opportunity for a Collections Specialist to join the team in our Leopardstown, Dublin 18 location.

The Role:

• Collection of outstanding invoices for assigned clients/ledgers. This includes sending out monthly statements, updating information in Oracle and account reconciliations.
• Working towards Cash Targets.
• Clean-up of back logs and older disputes
• Documenting processes for specific accounts/ledgers
• Keep the Credit Control Supervisor informed of any collection issues within the assigned ledger, which require attention.
• Ad-hoc work as required.
