We are currently seeking a Contract Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Contract Associate at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracts, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you will be doing 

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and legal standards.

• Managing contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal.

• Providing guidance on contract interpretation and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.

• Developing and maintaining contract templates and best practices.

 
Your profile 

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in administrative role.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Advanced English written and verbal communication.

• Proficient MS Office skills.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and propose practical solutions.
