Clinical Research Associate II or Senior CRA - Netherlands (Remote)

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II or Senior CRA to join our fast-paced, collaborative Biotech team. This role will have a direct impact on pioneering early-phase studies conducted at our Clinical Research Unit in Groningen, while also supporting and monitoring Phase 2 and 3 trials at other key sites across the Netherlands in therapeutic areas such as oncology, hematology, cardiology, neurology, dermatology, hepatology and Alzheimer’s disease.

What you’ll Do:

•             Independently monitor Phase 1-3 clinical trials to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

•             Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits at clinical sites.

•             Manage study documentation, regulatory submissions, and ethics/IRB approvals.

•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site staff to ensure high-quality data and patient safety.

•             Mentor and support site personnel and junior CRAs.

•             Ensure study cost efficiency and timely issue resolution.

What You Bring:

•             Life science degree or equivalent.

•             2+ years (CRA II) or 4+ years (Senior CRA) independent monitoring

•             Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

•             Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

•             Proficiency with clinical trial systems and tools.

•             Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

•             A valid driver’s license.
