What you do?
Interface regularly with customers regarding content updates.
Perform routine demo's showcasing database services of products.
Providing administrative support for client focused proposals, budgets and client grids.
Provide feedback for with new enhancements or automation to development team.
Provide Help Desk Support for assigned products.
What you need?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at 1-3 years of experience on data entry and reporting.
Solid presentation skills.
Project and Product management skills.
