About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced End User Compute (EUC) Manager to lead the delivery and management of workplace technology services across our global organisation. This role will be responsible for the platforms and teams that support end-user devices, application delivery, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers responsible for technologies including Citrix, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and enterprise application delivery, ensuring a secure, modern, and reliable end-user computing environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise and strong people management skills, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

This is an Office Hybrid role with 60% office attendance requirement in our HQ in Leopardstown, Dublin 18.

What you will be doing:

Team Leadership

· Lead and manage a team of End User Compute engineers responsible for endpoint management and application delivery.

· Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and performance management.

· Ensure effective prioritisation of operational support and project delivery activities.

· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.

Endpoint Management

· Manage enterprise endpoint platforms including Microsoft Intune and SCCM.

· Ensure secure device configuration, patching, and compliance across the estate.

· Oversee device lifecycle management including provisioning, deployment, and retirement.

Citrix & Virtual Desktop Services

· Manage and optimise the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment.

· Ensure high availability and performance of virtual desktop infrastructure.

· Support the delivery of remote and hybrid working solutions.

Application Delivery

· Oversee enterprise application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.

· Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of applications to physical and virtual environments.

· Work with engineering and business teams to ensure application compatibility and performance.

Operational Management

· Ensure EUC services meet agreed service levels for availability and performance.

· Lead incident management and root cause analysis for major service issues.

· Maintain operational standards, documentation, and platform roadmaps.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

· Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service management teams.

· Engage with business stakeholders to understand and support workplace technology needs.

· Provide reporting and insights on platform performance and service improvements.

Your profile:

Essential

· Proven experience managing End User Compute or Desktop Engineering teams.

· Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.

· Experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.

· Experience with enterprise application packaging and delivery.

· Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 endpoint management.

· Experience working in enterprise-scale IT environments.

Desirable

· Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and modern endpoint management.

· Knowledge of Entra ID and modern identity integration.

· Experience supporting global or multi-site organisations.

· Familiarity with ITIL-based service management environments.
