About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive global organizational transformation initiatives across Clinical Operations. This role will act as a central integrator between business, digital, and operational functions, supporting executives to ensure strategic outcomes, clarity, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and orchestrate complex, multi-country transformation programs.
• Manage end-to-end project activities: planning, execution, risk management, governance, and reporting.
• Drive business analysis, change management, and stakeholder engagement for smooth adoption of new operating models.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs; contribute to Power BI dashboards.
• Deliver transformation roadmap, executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, decision papers, and transition/handover documentation.
• Collaborate daily with international and cross-functional teams including Clinical Ops, IT, Data, Quality, Finance, and vendors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in large-scale global transformation and complex organizational programs.
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams and countries.
• Ability to influence and navigate executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of metrics, performance management, and value tracking (Power BI experience preferred).
• High adaptability and autonomy in fast-paced, regulated environments.

• Integrated transformation roadmap & master plan
• Governance and project artifacts (charters, decision logs, executive reports)
• Functional documentation: business cases, operating models, roles & process impacts
• Change and adoption packages, training & enablement materials
• Performance management framework and dashboards
• Transition and handover documentation
