Group Lead, Clinical Systems

Job Description:

• Ensure study level goals and objectives are consistently met to the highest standard of quality. 
• Provide leadership to direct reports ensuring performance, goal and adequate utilisation
•Ensure project teams are consistent with client needs, expectations and contractual obligations
•Review project tasks and timelines and work with the extended project team to ensure activities are executed in a high-quality timely manner 
• Typically manage teams of Junior professionals.
• Provides other general duties as required to support the company

•Provides technical support to delivery teams

Customer Relationship:
• May have oversight of their teams projects
• Supports Manager in building and maintaining key customer relationships
• May provide input on client facing meetings

Resource Management
• Focuses on Staff utilisation and key deliverables
• Oversight of staff goals

Financial Management
•Coach and Mentor Staff

People Leadership
• Good people management skills including coaching, interviewing and providing feedback and recognition
• Provides expertise on clinical systems development, and escalation support for issue resolution and contingency planning
• Typically leads single function of entry level professional employees
• Entry level to management
• Travel (approximately 10 %) domestic and/or international, when or if required.
• Typical minimum years of experience 8+ An equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated
