We are currently seeking an IPG Reporting Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an IPG Reporting Analyst at ICON, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and analysis of Investigator Payments Group (IPG) data, providing insights that drive decision-making and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver accurate and timely reports, ensuring that data is leveraged effectively to support business goals.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards to track IPG performance, payment metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement within the IPG operations.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and providing actionable insights based on data analysis.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
• Supporting the development of automated reporting solutions to streamline data management and reporting processes.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research sectors.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders.
