We are currently hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator to help drive the seamless delivery and coordination of training initiatives that empower our employees to thrive. As a key member of the L&D team, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of engaging, high-impact learning programs and ensuring a culture of continuous development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), including updates, content uploads, and troubleshooting user issues.

• Handling learning-related requests via our ticketing system (ServiceNow), ensuring timely and accurate processing within the LMS.

• Monitoring and reporting on training participation and completion metrics to help measure program effectiveness.

• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate and support a wide range of learning initiatives and events.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

• Ideally 1 year of experience in a learning & development or administrative support role.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

• Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platform).

• Fluency in English, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team environment.
