We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of logistics activities for clinical trials, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of study materials in compliance with applicable protocols and regulatory requirements.

What you will be doing

• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring delivery timelines, and resolving delays or issues with couriers
• Preparing Proforma and Commercial invoices and liaising with clients, CROs, or importers to meet shipment and invoice requirements
• Supporting protocol-specific logistics setup and ensuring investigators understand laboratory and shipment requirements
• Collecting and maintaining courier performance metrics, obtaining quotes, and identifying cost-effective shipping solutions
• Collaborating with Project Management and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with import/export regulations
• Contributing to logistics projects and global initiatives to improve processes and optimize costs
• Performing additional logistics tasks as assigned to support the operational needs of the team

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years' experience in logistics coordination, ideally within clinical trials or a CRO environment
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic documentation
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements
