We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator I at ICON, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of materials and supplies for clinical trials. You will work on day-to-day logistics activities, handle shipping and inventory tasks, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordinating the scheduling and execution of shipments and deliveries for clinical trial materials.

• Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate record-keeping of materials and supplies.

• Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any logistics issues and ensure timely delivery.

• Tracking and reporting on shipping status, delivery timelines, and any discrepancies or delays.

• Assisting with the preparation of shipping documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Advanced English level and excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
