We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator II at ICON, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing logistics operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of materials for clinical trials. You will manage complex logistics activities, liaison with various stakeholders, and implement strategies to enhance overall supply chain performance.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordinate logistics for Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP), Auxiliary Medicinal Products (AxMP), Medical Devices (MD), Electronic Equipment (EE) and Laboratory Kits for each study
• Ensure timely and compliant reception, handling, storage, distribution, reconciliation, returns (if applicable), and destruction of materials
• Adhere to ICH GCP, ICON SOPs, and all relevant local and international regulations
• Assign tasks and coordinate work for other Logistics Coordinators as needed
• Provide training and mentoring to junior staff and support other departments
• Communicate directly with customers and clients when required

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences
• Prior IMP (Investigational Medicinal Product) experience
• 5+ years of relevant clinical research/pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in Investigational drugs / Auxiliary Medicinal product, logistic/supply chain management
• Should be aware of regulatory requirement of IMP handling in country
• Be familiar with ICH-GCP, GXP requirements in clinical trials
• Great command of English
