We are currently seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations to join our diverse and dynamic team at ICON. As the Manager of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing, management, and quality control of imaging data within our clinical research projects. Your expertise will ensure that imaging operations meet regulatory standards and support the advancement of innovative therapies. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in imaging, clinical data programming, or data management, and a proven track record of leadership within the CRO industry.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading end-to-end image data operations, including analysis, quality control, and delivery of imaging data across clinical studies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define imaging protocols and ensure alignment with study objectives.
- Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of imaging data.
- Training, mentoring, and performance management of a team of 10–20 members, including onboarding and continuous development.
- Conducting monthly reviews of study status, risks/mitigations, timelines, and quality trends.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in imaging technology to optimize operational effectiveness.
- Working within standard hours while demonstrating flexibility based on project and team needs.
Your Profile:
- Over 10 years of experience in clinical research, specifically within the CRO industry.
- Educational background in Radiology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Preferred candidates will have a background in Clinical Data Programming, Data Management, or Imaging/Radiography.
- Minimum 2–3 years of direct people management experience, including performance management, team development, and mentorship.
- Strong understanding of imaging technologies, clinical data workflows, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse global stakeholders.
