We are currently seeking a Manager, Patient Recruitment to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Patient Recruitment at ICON, you will lead and manage awarded client work by being accountable for the development of Patient Recruitment and Retention (PRR) tactic and strategies appropriate to the individual study needs and in alignment with sponsor requirements and for the handover of these tactic / strategies to the clinical team for the execution at a state appropriate for the individual study.
What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for study and PRR campaign specific training; liaising with internal stakeholders where required
Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People Clients and Performance.
Expert knowledge of applicable ICON SOPs, ICH-GCP and applicable regulations
Expert knowledge of applicable ICON systems
Reporting on team and study PRR deliverables
Lead the development of training materials to support PRR, ASN and/or call center operations (Specific to department)
As needed provide oversight to more junior members of staff assigned to the study, this includes but not limited to delegation of tasks and ensuring accountability.
Communicate performance indicators of the department: number of leads, number of calls made, conversion rates to telescreen and booking, screen fail rate etc.
Ensure the integrity of the patient database(s) by performing quality control through automated reporting
As a Manager, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs
Travel (approximately20%) domestic and/or international. Travel to other sites within the network may be required to support increases in workload and, or studies/projects as needed.
Support, preparation and attendance at Bid Defense meetings in support ICON business development opportunities.
Attendance at Kick-off meetings, project meetings as required to input into and discuss recruitment and retention strategies.
Deliver high quality standards and strive for excellence; Act in a proactive, flexible and responsive manner to both internal and external customer needs
To undertake other reasonably related duties as my be assigned

Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in laboratory sciences, biology, or a related field is preferred, with extensive experience in patient recruitment
Proven experience in managing patient recruitment operations, including staff supervision, workflow optimization, and quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in operations, with a focus on compliance and safety.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality laboratory services.

En tant que Responsable du Recrutement des Patients chez ICON, vous dirigerez et gérerez les projets clients attribués. Vous serez responsable de l’élaboration de tactiques et de stratégies de Recrutement et de Rétention des Patients (PRR) adaptées aux besoins spécifiques de chaque étude, en conformité avec les exigences des promoteurs, ainsi que de la transmission de ces tactiques et stratégies à l’équipe clinique pour leur mise en œuvre à un stade approprié pour chaque étude.
Vos missions :
Être responsable de la formation spécifique aux études et aux campagnes PRR ; collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes si nécessaire.
Reconnaître, incarner et respecter les valeurs d’ICON, centrées sur notre engagement envers les Personnes, les Clients et la Performance.
Posséder une expertise approfondie des SOP ICON applicables, des ICH-GCP et des réglementations en vigueur.
Maîtriser les systèmes ICON applicables.
Assurer le reporting des livrables PRR des équipes et des études.
Piloter le développement des supports de formation pour soutenir les activités PRR, ASN et/ou des centres d’appels (spécifiques au département).
Fournir, si nécessaire, une supervision des membres plus juniors de l’équipe affectés à l’étude, incluant notamment la délégation des tâches et le suivi de la responsabilité.
Communiquer les indicateurs de performance du département : nombre de leads, nombre d’appels effectués, taux de conversion vers le télé-screening et la prise de rendez-vous, taux d’échec au screening, etc.
Garantir l’intégrité des bases de données patients en réalisant des contrôles qualité via des rapports automatisés.
En tant que Responsable, reconnaître l’importance de l’amélioration continue des processus et instaurer une culture axée sur l’optimisation, la création de valeur pour l’entreprise et la satisfaction des besoins clients.
Assurer des déplacements (environ 20 %), nationaux et/ou internationaux. Des déplacements vers d’autres sites du réseau peuvent être requis pour faire face à des pics d’activité et/ou soutenir des études ou projets spécifiques.
Apporter un soutien à la préparation et participer aux réunions de soutenance d’appels d’offres (Bid Defense) dans le cadre des opportunités de développement commercial d’ICON.
Participer aux réunions de lancement (Kick-off) et aux réunions de projet, afin de contribuer aux discussions sur les stratégies de recrutement et de rétention.
Garantir des standards de qualité élevés et viser l’excellence ; agir de manière proactive, flexible et réactive face aux besoins des clients internes et externes.
Assumer toute autre mission raisonnablement liée au poste, pouvant être confiée ponctuellement.
Votre profil :
Diplôme de niveau licence (Bachelor) en sciences de laboratoire, biologie ou domaine connexe souhaité, avec une solide expérience en recrutement de patients.
Expérience avérée dans la gestion des opérations de recrutement de patients, incluant la supervision d’équipes, l’optimisation des flux de travail et l’assurance qualité.
Excellente connaissance des exigences réglementaires et des bonnes pratiques opérationnelles, avec un fort accent sur la conformité et la sécurité.
Excellentes compétences en leadership et en communication, avec une approche collaborative du travail en équipes transverses et avec les parties prenantes.
Sens du détail, proactivité et adaptabilité, avec un engagement fort envers l’amélioration continue et la garantie de services de haute qualité.
