Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

As a Medical Science Liaison, you will serve as a key point of contact between our clinical teams and healthcare professionals, providing expert medical and scientific support to advance our clinical research initiatives.
Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) are a team of field-based, highly trained professionals with strong clinical and/or scientific backgrounds and excellent communication skills. They represent the Medical Affairs organization to the broad scientific community
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering medical affairs work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to share insights and gather feedback on clinical studies and therapeutic areas.
Providing scientific and medical expertise to support clinical trial initiatives, including training internal teams and participating in medical education activities.
Communicating complex medical information and study results clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address medical and scientific questions arising from clinical research.
Staying updated on industry trends, research developments, and regulatory changes to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant medical affairs experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred; bachelor's degree in life sciences also acceptable.
Proven experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
Experience in the area of dermatology and/or autoimmune diseases
Strong understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory guidelines, and therapeutic areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in German and proficiency in English are required.
A commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the medical and research community.
Willingness to travel as required (approximately 50%)
