Job Description

• Support Incident, Change and Problem Management processes within the team.
• Administer ICON’s Informatica IICS stack and support deployment and patching activities.
• Administer CA Automic and deploy job configurations and patch the infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and outages diligently and handle escalations.
• Support BAU activities for Informatica IICS and other middleware services
• Support new project activities as middleware expert.
• Participate in development, testing, and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide timely response to escalations in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of middleware service installations, upgrades, routine maintenance and vendor-supplied patches in accordance with established Information Technology (IT) policies and procedures.
• Prepare process and procedure documents on middleware operational activities.
• Take charge of troubleshooting calls and manage expectations and application recovery.
• Demonstrates an attitude of ownership and accountability with regards to the responsibilities of the role.

Required Skills:

• At least 6 years’ experience in middleware administration across multiple middleware technologies such as Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat Server, Weblogic/WebSphere, SOA/IICS
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Informatica IICS Administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working Hours - Rotational Shift with very minimal work over the weekend

Preferrable Skills:

• At least 4 years’ experience in Informatica IICS
• At least 1 year experience in Broadcom Automic or other Job Orchestration tools
• Experience in creating and managing monitors for middleware components in at least 1 enterprise monitoring tool such as SolarWinds or Oracle Enterprise Manager
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, GIT
• Working experience in creating Ansible playbooks and modules.
