CIAM Specialist / Engineer - Home or Hybrid

The CIAM Specialist/Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting customer identity solutions across the organization, with a focus on secure, scalable, and compliant access for external users (B2B and B2C).
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver CIAM solutions for external users
- Implement SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML authentication flows
- Integrate identity into web & mobile applications
- Configure Entra ID / B2C user journeys, policies, and providers
- Support onboarding of new apps & troubleshoot identity issues
- Drive identity projects (customer onboarding, modernization)
- Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness
What You Bring
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID & B2C / External ID
- Strong understanding of authentication & API security
- Background in B2B / B2C identity solutions
- Familiarity with IAM concepts (IGA, PAM, lifecycle)
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated environments (SOX, GxP)
- DevSecOps / cloud / microservices exposure
- Scripting (PowerShell, Python)
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced English (written & spoken)
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / B2C (External ID)
- Solid knowledge of SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML
- Background in CIAM / IAM environments
