We are currently seeking a Research Operations Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Research Operations Coordinator at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various project activities and contributing to the successful execution of clinical trials and projects within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

What you will be doing

• Supporting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Managing study documentation and assisting in the preparation of regulatory submissions.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.

• Previous experience in clinical research or project management preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
