We are currently seeking a Project Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Specialist within the Firecrest team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various project activities and contributing to the successful execution of clinical trials and projects within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

The FIRECREST Site Portal is the industry's number one site portal. It enables centralised role based user management across studies, connecting site and study staff.

What you will be doing

• Supporting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Managing study documentation and assisting in the preparation of regulatory submissions.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field preferred but not essential

• Previous experience in clinical research or project management preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
