We are currently seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Quality Control Specialist at ICON, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in clinical trial data, documents, and processes. You will play a key role in identifying and resolving quality issues, ensuring that all project outputs are accurate, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity and success of our clinical trials.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Conducting in-depth quality control reviews of clinical trial data, documents, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
- Identifying, documenting, and addressing discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in data and documentation.
- Providing detailed quality control reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Monitoring and maintaining quality assurance systems, ensuring ongoing adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contributing to the development and refinement of quality control methodologies and best practices within the organization.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
- Proficiency in quality control tools, data analysis software, and documentation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
