Screening Coordinator- Early Phase Clinical Research- ICON San Antonio TX

We are currently seeking a Screening Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Screening Coordinator at ICON, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the screening process for clinical trials, ensuring that participants are accurately evaluated and enrolled according to study protocols. You will contribute to the successful execution of trials by coordinating screening activities, liaising with study participants, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and study requirements.

Location: 100% on site San Antonio TX

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing the screening process for clinical trials, including participant recruitment, evaluation, and enrollment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Overseeing the collection and management of screening data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Providing support and guidance to participants throughout the screening process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of study protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality in screening activities.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in clinical research or healthcare settings, with a focus on participant screening and management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with participants and team members.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in data management and documentation.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical trial protocols, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance.
