We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Supplies Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Clinical Supplies Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, management, and distribution of clinical supplies to support the successful execution of clinical trials. You will contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies by ensuring that study sites have the necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing the end-to-end clinical supply chain, including forecasting, procurement, distribution, and inventory management for clinical trials.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop supply strategies that align with study timelines and regulatory requirements.

• Ensuring the timely delivery of clinical supplies to study sites, while monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to avoid shortages or delays.

• Overseeing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure high-quality materials and services at competitive costs.

• Providing leadership and guidance on best practices in clinical supply management, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, life sciences, or business administration.

• Extensive experience in clinical supply management or logistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to clinical supplies, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex supply chains across multiple studies.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
