We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative at ICON, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and engage participants for clinical trials. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our studies by ensuring timely and effective participant enrollment.

Location: San Antonio TX - 100% on site

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract suitable participants for clinical trials.
• Collaborating with clinical and research teams to identify and address recruitment challenges and optimize strategies.
• Monitoring and analyzing recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
• Creating and managing relationships with external partners and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Providing guidance and support to site staff on recruitment best practices and participant engagement techniques.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, clinical research, or public health.
• Significant experience in clinical trial recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and participant engagement.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to drive recruitment efforts and meet enrollment targets.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in using recruitment metrics to inform strategy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration.
