We are currently seeking a Senior Investigator Payment Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Investigator Payment Coordinator at ICON, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the payment processes for clinical trial investigators. Your efforts will ensure the accurate and timely disbursement of payments, streamline financial operations, and support the efficient execution of research studies.

• Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of investigator payments, including processing, tracking, and reconciling payment transactions.
• Collaborating with clinical trial managers, finance teams, and external partners to ensure compliance with payment agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive payment records and documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal policies and external standards.
• Addressing and resolving any payment-related issues or discrepancies through detailed investigation and communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the payment management system.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; experience or certifications in clinical trial payments or financial management are a plus.
• Extensive experience in financial coordination or payment processing, with a strong understanding of clinical research financial practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage payment processes, maintain detailed records, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in addressing and resolving payment discrepancies and issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide support to investigators and stakeholders.
