Senior Performance & Rewards Specialist - Chennai (Hybrid Role)

We are looking for...

  • Candidates  to join our growing team in Chennai, in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will be part of the Performance and Reward CoE ,‘Center of Excellence’,  working with CoE colleagues in Europe and the US supporting diverse and exciting Global HR reward programmes and projects.

  • This is a great opportunity to become part of an amazing team and to work with a global industry-leading organization with over 40,000 employees across 50+ countries as we partner with the key stakeholders to resolve reward issues using strategic approaches, while leveraging technology wherever possible.

  • The role has an international remit and offers the right candidate the opportunity to gain valuable experience and exposure as they develop professionally in a supportive environment

Expectation:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Reward/Compensation Specialist with a solid understanding of reward practices

  • Experience with Workday and/or PowerBI, advantageous..

  • Suitable academic qualifications at Professional, Degree or Masters level.

  • Self-starter with proven ability to work on own initiative / independently and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and drive, is adaptable & strong at working under pressure to a high standard in a dynamic business.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills

  • Results orientated & practical with unstructured problem solving and decision making/strategic thinking expertise.

  • Analytical with strong data analysis/excel acumen.

  • Excellent communicator and should possess strong facilitation and vendor/stakeholder management skills. Experience working with senior and executive leaders an advantage.

  • Experience developing, documenting, improving, and streamlining processes and controls.
