Als Senior Resource Planning Specialist bij ICON ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van de resourceplanning en -behoeften in klinische onderzoeken.
Wat ga je doen:
Je ervaring met site resource management en workforce planning is essentieel voor het leveren van hoogwaardige resultaten en het begeleiden van collega’s. Belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:
Beheren van resourceplanningactiviteiten, waaronder de toewijzing van personeel, apparatuur en andere middelen over meerdere klinische projecten.
Samenwerken met clinical study managers en afdelingshoofden om resourcebehoeften te beoordelen, vraag te voorspellen en een efficiënte inzet te waarborgen.
Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van planningsinstrumenten en systemen om beschikbaarheid, gebruik en toekomstige behoeften te volgen.
Signaleren van knelpunten, tekorten of inefficiënties in resources en voorstellen doen om de inzet te optimaliseren.
Rapportages en strategische inzichten leveren aan het management over trends, gebruik en prognoses om onderbouwde besluitvorming te ondersteunen.
Jouw profiel:
Je hebt een sterke basis in site resource management en workforce planning, met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en anderen te begeleiden.
Bacheloropleiding in bedrijfskunde, operations management of een verwante richting.
Aantoonbare ervaring in resourceplanning, projectmanagement of operations, bij voorkeur binnen klinisch onderzoek of de gezondheidszorg.
Ervaring met resource management software en tools, met sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
Bewezen vermogen om meerdere projecten te beheren en flexibel in te spelen op veranderende resourcebehoeften in een dynamische omgeving.
Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende teams en afdelingen.
Vloeiend in het Nederlands en professioneel vaardig in het Engels
