We are currently seeking a Clinical Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Lead at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.'

Title: Clinical Lead/Shift Supervisor

Location: 100% on-site San Antonio TX

Schedule: Weekend Night Shift

What you will be doing

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for clinical trial activities, including protocol development, study design, and execution.

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges, mitigate risks, and optimize study performance.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, investigators, and regulatory authorities, fostering effective communication and relationship management.

• Lead and mentor clinical project teams, providing guidance, support, and expertise throughout the study lifecycle.

Your profile

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field. (Will accept RN's)

• Extensive experience in clinical research, including demonstrated expertise in study management and execution.

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, clinical trial methodologies, and industry best practices.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving project objectives.
