Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing distributed teams, including offshore talent, fostering collaboration and innovation across borders.
Extensive background in extending standardized test frameworks using Java, showcasing your expertise in crafting robust testing solutions.
Proficiency in testing web applications with Selenium and Appium, ensuring flawless user experiences across platforms.
Over 5 years of hands-on experience in REST API Testing using RestAssured, demonstrating your mastery of API testing methodologies.
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, contributing to seamless integration and delivery pipelines.
Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), enabling you to handle diverse data sources effectively.
Track record of leading and engaging in QE automation architecture and design discussions, driving technical excellence.
Experience in establishing testing framework standards, including keyword-driven, data-driven, coding, and naming standards.
Proficiency in using JIRA for tracking user stories and defects, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, helping to identify and address quality concerns proactively.
