We are currently seeking a Study Manager I to join our diverse and dynamic team at ICON with our San Antonio TX site. The Study Manager I is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of the project. The Study Manager I will ensure consistency with company strategy, commitment, and goals. You will provide study management leadership to cross-functional teams and managing projects to ensure that all budgetary requirements, study timelines, and targets are met.

Title: Study Manager I

Location: 100% on site- San Antonio TX

What you will be doing:

• Leading the operational planning and execution of clinical trials in accordance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and timelines.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and medical affairs, to ensure successful study implementation.
• Monitoring study progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure study milestones are met.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for sponsors and investigative sites, fostering positive relationships and addressing study-related inquiries.
• Contributing to the development of study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Study Management experience preferred
• 2 years + clinical research experience in leading and directing clinical trials
• Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant regulations for the conduct of trials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet varied deadlines
