We are currently seeking a Trainee SAS Programmer to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Trainee SAS Programmer at ICON, you will play a key role in supporting clinical trials by developing and implementing statistical programming solutions. Your work will contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies through the analysis of clinical data and the generation of insights.

Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Trainee SAS Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of SAS programming and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and develop within the field. Prior internship experience, providing exposure to live studies involving SDTM, ADaM, and TLFs, is preferred.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing and validating SAS programs for clinical trial data management and analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical data.
• Generating standard and custom TFLs (tables, listings, and figures) in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Assisting in the interpretation of clinical data and providing insights to inform decision-making.
• Supporting the development of programming specifications and documentation.

Your Profile:

• Education qualification required in either MSc in Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering of any discipline.
• Basic understanding of SAS programming, with a strong interest in learning clinical trial data analysis.
• An eagerness to gain experience with SDTM, ADaM, and TFL generation.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and to communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
